Conservation Through Clay

Preview Exhibit at the Microsoft Gallery, Nov.16-Jan.14

A Preview Exhibit of Brad Bachmeier's ceramic pottery chronicling the work accomplished during four Artist in Residency programs completed at state and national parks and monuments in the past five years will be shown at the Microsoft Gallery in Fargo, Nov.16 - Jan.14. The residencies were completed at Mesa Verde National Park UNESCO World Heritage Site, The National Petrified Forest, The Parashant/Grand Canyon National Park and the Lewis & Clark State Park. The work puts a spotlight on the dire need and urgency for increased efforts in historical, cultural and unique geographic area preservation and protection. The show is supported in Part by the National Park Service, Bureau of Land Management and the North Dakota Council on the Arts and will be traveling through several states starting in 2019.
