As one of 5 major sabbatical projects, supported by a faculty grant, I traveled across 11 states taking in 54 cultural destinations including Galleries, Museums, Historical Centers, Pueblos, State and National Parks. The trip included the San Angelo Ceramic Symposium where one of my works was featured in the national exhibition at the San Angelo Fine Art Museum. The research from this trip will inform my next major exhibition being planned now.
